Annunciati i 10 vincitori degli Automechanika Innovation Awards 2018

Sono stati annunciati, in occasione della 25° edizione della fiera di Francoforte, i dieci vincitori degli Automechanika Innovation Awards 2018, un premio che dal 1996 valorizza l’innovazione nell’ambito dell’automotive aftermarket.

La cerimonia di premiazione si è svolta ieri e la giuria di esperti (rappresentanti di industria, commercio associazioni, scienza e media) ha scelto i 10 vincitori in tre categorie, selezionandoli tra 120 candidati. I parametri valutati dai giurati sono stati: contenuti innovativi, soluzioni eccellenti, funzionalità, rilevanza per l’aftermarket, sicurezza, qualità, protezione ambientale, conservazione delle risorse e sostenibilità. I prodotti che hanno vinto il premio e quelli finalisti sono presentati in una mostra interattiva nella ‘Festhalle’ della fiera di Francoforte e, per la prima volta, ci saranno delle visite guidate agli stand di queste aziende durante i giorni della manifestazione.

“La densità dei contenuti innovativi ad Automechanika è senza paragoni”, ha detto il direttore della fiera Olaf Musshoff nel corso della cerimonia di premiazione. “Gli Automechanika Innovation Awards sono preziosi per capire l’orientamento dei trend del settore. La ‘Festhalle’ dovrebbe essere un importante polo di attrazione per tutti i visitatori della fiera.”.

Queste le dodici categorie di prodotti presentati: Parts & Components, Electronics & Systems, Accessories & Customizing, Repair & Diagnostics, Repair & Maintenance, Dealer & Workshop Management, Car Wash, Care & Reconditioning, Alternative Drive Systems & Digital Solutions, Tires, Classic Cars Products & Services, OE Products & Services and Truck Products & Services.

Il mega-trend dello show è la digitalizzazione, non solo nel segmento dei veicoli, ma anche nel settore dei dealer e delle officine: e-call, controllo remoto, smart battery, sistemi su base cloud, ecc.. L’altro tema significativo è invece l’ecologia o meglio i veicoli ‘puliti’: prodotti per la misurazione delle emissioni, nuove tecnologie a iniezione e prodotti per l’elettro-mobilità.

Per la seconda volta, la giuria ha assegnato il ‘Green Award’ per il prodotto più sostenibile a Knorr-Bremse Systeme für Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH per l’Air Control (EAC), che ha anche vinto nella categoria Truck Products & Services.
